3. NATURE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES

Depending on the circumstances and the applicable service agreement, Apex Elite may assist with:

• Researching information relating to potentially abandoned, unclaimed, unresolved, or otherwise unidentified assets.

• Examining potential connections between assets, individuals, families, estates, or related interests.

• Identifying information that may require additional review or verification.

• Organizing relevant information and preparing supporting materials within the agreed scope.

• Assisting with communications and procedural preparation relating to a potential claim.

• Providing research-related guidance and assistance during an agreed process.

• U.S. Legal Coordination: For matters within the United States that require formal legal action (such as a Determination of Heirship or Guardianship), we coordinate directly with independent, licensed U.S. probate attorneys to handle court filings and ensure compliance with state laws. 

The actual scope of services depends on the matter, the available information, the agreed engagement, and any applicable restrictions.

Apex Elite does not independently determine legal ownership, establish a person's legal entitlement, authorize the release of assets, or replace the decisions of the institution, authority, court, financial institution, government office, or other party responsible for the asset.

4. NO AUTOMATIC ENTITLEMENT OR GUARANTEED OUTCOME

Information identified during research may suggest a possible connection to an asset. A potential connection is not confirmation of legal ownership or entitlement.

The relevant institution or responsible authority determines the requirements for establishing a legitimate claim and deciding whether an asset may be released.

Apex Elite does not guarantee that:

• A potential connection will be confirmed.

• A person will qualify as the rightful claimant.

• A claim will be accepted or approved.

• An asset will be released or recovered.

• A particular asset value, payment amount, or financial outcome will result.

• A process will be completed within a particular timeframe.

Outcomes may depend on the available evidence, the claimant's circumstances, applicable procedures, institutional decisions, and factors outside Apex Elite's control.

5. RESEARCH INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

7. SERVICE AGREEMENTS AND COMPENSATION

A discussion, inquiry, preliminary assessment, or initial communication does not by itself establish a complete service engagement unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.

Where formal engagement is proposed, the relevant scope of work, responsibilities, compensation, payment conditions, and other material terms will be set out in the applicable service agreement.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the agreement and understanding its terms before signing.

Compensation arrangements are strictly governed by the applicable service agreement. Apex Elite operates on a 100% contingency basis with zero upfront fees. We do not charge for research, processing, or administration. Our agreed-upon percentage is only deducted from the final recovered amount after the asset is successfully released by the holding institution, in strict compliance with applicable state laws (e.g., finder fee caps). 

Any fee obligations, payment conditions, or consequences arising from incomplete cooperation, termination, or an unsuccessful claim are governed by the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these general Terms independently creates a fee obligation that has not otherwise been agreed or lawfully established.

8. CLIENT DECISIONS AND VOLUNTARY ENGAGEMENT

Receiving a communication from Apex Elite does not, by itself, obligate a recipient to engage our services.

A prospective client may ask questions, request clarification, review the information provided, and consider the proposed service terms before deciding whether to proceed.

If an individual elects to enter into a service agreement, the resulting rights and obligations will be governed by that agreement and applicable law.

No statement on this website should be interpreted as requiring a person to sign an agreement or provide information without first considering the circumstances and terms of the proposed engagement.

Any responsibility for costs or losses must be assessed in accordance with the circumstances, these Terms, any applicable service agreement, and applicable law.

16. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF ACCESS
